  • The product must remain unused and in its original packaging
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue must be shared with our support team

Products once opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.



Non-Returnable Products

  • Opened oils, creams, powders, or serums

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

In certain cases, we may offer:

  • Partial refunds

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.



Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos/videos of the package and product
  • A brief description of the issue

Delayed or Lost Shipments
